This is a concept for a working station as part of my graduation project for the Bachelor Industrial Design Engineering. It was developed in collaboration with NS Stations, which is the department of the NS that focuses on the interior and facilities on the stations. The brief was to design a solution that would add value to the time spent on the stations by a specific target audience of the NS.

Based on analysis of provided data from the NS Stations and outcomes of user research conducted at multiple train stations, I chose to create a solution for business travelers. For a small fee, people with a NS Business Card can gain direct access, facilitating them with an on-the-go work station. Moreover, anyone with an NS Account can request access through the NS application or website, linking it to their personal OV-chipkaart.
